HEADQUARTERS
Same Blood Orphanage organization will be located in Springfield, Illinois in Sangamon County. We are building a strong community empowerment programs that will create social networks and connect with humanitarians, who have a driving force to combat HIV/AIDS epidemic that are killing and leaving children homeless in the streets of Akure, Nigeria.
FOUNDERS
Mrs. Kate Abitogun, Executive Director of Same Blood Orphanage of Africa and her husband Michael Abitogun are native of Akure, Africa. They have been fortunate to come to America, become Christians, have college education and U.S. citizen. They have successful accomplishments in being a part of setting up Medical Clinics, Professional Support Networkers and emergency homes for orphanages in Akure, Africa. Mrs. Kate Abitogun is a Nurse Practitioner and her husband Michael Abitogun is a certified Contractor-Builder and the Board of Directors is comprised of multi-disciplinary professionals including clinical, legal, social service, psychology, clergy, and certified educators.
